in the event you need to reschedule you must provide written notice to Jas + Jules, and a reschedule fee will be promptly charged to the card on file.

The reschedule fee structure is as outlined below:

Written notice given more than 30 days from the scheduled session: $250 reschedule fee

RESCHEDULE HERE FOR 30 DAYS NOTICE

Written notice given more than 10 days from the scheduled session: $500 reschedule fee

RESCHEDULE HERE FOR 10 DAYS NOTICE

Written notice given less than 10 days from the scheduled session: $750 reschedule fee

In the event of a reschedule, Client may use the amount of any payment rendered, minus the reschedule fee, as a credit toward another session, so long as the new session date is within 90 days or the original session date. Client is permitted to one reschedule only. No refunds will be permitted under any circumstance.

In the event that Client cancels the session or fails to attend the session on the session date, for any reason, Photographer shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain. As such, Client agrees that, in the event of cancelation by Client, all payments shall be forfeited by Client and paid to Photographer as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. In addition, Client will incur a cancellation fee of either $2,999 or the equivalent to the Photographer's lowest Collection price, whichever is higher, with any and all credits applied. Client and Photographer agree that such amount is reasonable.
